To place an order you will be asked to provide a valid email address so that we can send a confirmation email as soon as your order has been placed. This provides you with the opportunity to check the delivery details and advise if any amendments are necessary.
For small orders you are welcome to collect from our site, which is in Doncaster. Please email us to arrange collection.
The cost of delivery varies, depending on the size, weight & volume of your order. You will be asked for the delivery address and postcode on the checkout screen, at which point any additional charges due to the location will be applied.
We use various methods of delivery for our orders, which include DHL and DX Freight for small orders consisting of bagged items, medium sized orders are delivered using Palletline and larger orders are transported using HGV with fork lift offloading, if required.

These rates will vary, depending on size, weight and location of delivery. We aim to be able to deliver within 3/4 days to most locations.
Please note: Standard delivery is Most of UK Mainland Only. Please email us for price if you would like the delivery to be arranged to some parts of South West England and West Wales, Scottish Highlands and Islands due to the distance involved.
We are happy to deliver, or arrange delivery, to almost any location including exports worldwide.
Returns are accepted within 30 days from day of purchase.
